Alonso and Erica Guerrero created Elite Roofing & Waterproofing with unprecedented experience and craftsmanship in the Bay Area roofing industry. Continuing the legacy of the Guerrero family, Alonso followed in the footsteps of his father and uncles to create his own roofing and waterproofing company to serve the unique needs of property developers and homeowners in the Bay Area. Coming from a long line of roofers gave Alonso a distinctive experience most large roofing firms don’t have – training from the ground up. Alonso worked alongside his family as he was growing up, later joining the Roofer’s Union for 20 years to truly master the roofing industry.
Erica has an important role in our company as well, as one of its co-owners. She is responsible for the business strategies that ensure we are serving the needs of all of our clients, as well as marketing and project management for the jobs we take on.
